Students motivation in class
It doesn't matter if you are a new teacher or an experienced one, it doesn't matter if you give them the best lessons, books or materials. They won’t get excited about learning and willing to work hard if they are not motivated.
Motivation is a key factor in the success of students at all stages of their education, and teachers can play an important role in providing and encouraging that motivation in their students.
Of course that this isn't easy because all students are motivated differently and it takes time and a lot of effort to learn to get a classroom full of kids/teenagers/adults enthusiastic about learning, working hard, and pushing themselves to excel.
I have thought about some methods to motivate your students and to encourage them to learn
The first one is to give students a sense of control.
This means that guidance from a teacher is important to keep students on task and motivated, but also allowing students to have some choice and control over what happens in the classroom is actually one of the best ways to keep them engaged.
The second method is to create a comfortable environment.
When teachers create a safe, supportive environment for students, they are much more likely to get and stay motivated to do their work. At the end of the day, students will fulfill the expectations that you were thinking at the beginning of the lesson, so focus on CAN, not CAN’T.
The third technique is to offer varied experiences.
Not all students will respond to lessons in the same way. Some may love to read books quietly or to work in groups. In order to keep all students motivated, mix up your lessons so that students with different preferences will each get time focused on the things they like best. Doing so will help students stay engaged and pay attention.
And the last one is to offer rewards.
Everyone likes getting rewards, and offering your students the chance to earn them is an excellent source of motivation. Things like watching movies, or even something as simple as a sticker on a paper can make students work harder. Consider the personalities and needs of your students to determine appropriate rewards for your class.
See you!

Motivating students is very important actually. You can have the best books as u have stated,or the best teaching methods if you do not motivate your students you are likely to encounter students who are not so much interested in what you are doing.Keeping students engaged and creating a comfortable environment can really help in motivating your students. You can also offer them rewards if they find them motivational. The best thing you can actually do is to provide them with different experiences.I really enjoyed your post.Good job!!
